Lettered Legacy does not offer exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind on any items. ALL sales are final, no refunds, no cancelations, no returns & no exchanges.
WHY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
We want every customer to receive brand-new, unworn items.
Because our customers carefully select each piece, we do not resell or exchange apparel or accessories that have already been worn or returned.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Email us at info.letteredlegacy@gmail.com and include photos or videos of the damage.
All packages are tracked, so we can verify delivery date and time.
Order Processing & Shipping
All orders placed with Lettered Legacy are processed with care and attention to detail. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment, unless otherwise noted during product release or promotional events.
All packages are shipped with tracking information and delivery confirmation. Customers will receive tracking details via email once their order has shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages marked as “delivered” that are not received. We recommend ensuring your delivery address is secure.
Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our collections and our commitment to product integrity, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, as we are unable to resell apparel or accessories once they have been delivered. This policy ensures that every customer receives a brand-new, unworn item selected specifically for them.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To initiate a damage claim:

Include your order number
Attach clear photos and/or videos showing the damage
Ensure the email is sent within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered
All shipments are tracked, and we will verify the delivery date and time to process your claim. Items reported after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.
